Culture Doesn't Change.
The gap between vision and impact often comes down to the people carrying the work.
Until the People Leading It Do.
Until the People Leading It Do.
Organizations rarely stall because of bad strategy. They stall because the people carrying it are stretched thin, pulled in too many directions, and begin to lose sight of the mission.
My work starts there: helping the people at the center reconnect to what matters and do their best work.
Why Leadership Development Often Falls Short
Most organizations invest heavily in professional development: trainings, frameworks, retreats, and certifications. The content is often solid. The results are often disappointing.
One reason is simple: people don’t all lead from the same background, culture, or set of pressures. Professional development works better when it reflects the people in the room and the realities they’re actually dealing with.
Who This Work Is For
Maybe you’re a founder trying to keep pace with a company that has outgrown the way you used to lead it.
Or you’re working in education, healthcare, or the nonprofit sector, navigating constant change while carrying responsibility for the people around you.
You care deeply about the work and the people depending on you, and may be carrying more than others fully see.
How I Work With Organizations
❋ Deep CoachingOne-to-one coaching for founders, executives, directors, and senior leaders.
We start by getting clear on the vision: where you’re trying to go, what’s getting in the way, and what the role is now asking of you.
From there, we build the inner and outer skills the work requires, test them against real situations, and use direct feedback to close the gap between intention and performance.
That can mean navigating a difficult team dynamic, making better decisions under pressure, communicating with more precision, or growing into the kind of leadership your next chapter demands.
❋ Leadership DevelopmentWorkshops, retreats, and longer-form training for teams that are under pressure, moving through change, or struggling to stay connected while the demands keep rising.
The work helps people notice what happens when stress takes over: communication gets shorter, judgment narrows, conflict gets harder to navigate, and teams start reacting instead of thinking together.
We train the capacities that help people work differently in those moments: mindfulness, stress resilience, nervous system regulation, clearer communication, and the ability to reconnect to the purpose that brought them to the work in the first place.
❋ Whole-System ConsultingWe begin with an organizational assessment: what the organization is trying to accomplish, what’s getting in the way, and which priorities need attention first.
I work with leaders to identify the patterns underneath the problem and decide what needs to change. That might mean clarifying decision-making, rebuilding trust, strengthening leadership capacity, or reconnecting the team to the organization’s purpose.
The work includes facilitated dialogue, leadership-team development, program design, and longer-term support through change. We test what’s working, gather feedback, and keep refining until the changes become integrated into the culture.
What Your Organization Gains

❋ Work with greater alignmentTeams understand the mission, their role in it, and how their individual priorities connect to the larger direction of the organization.
❋ Strengthen retention and engagementPeople are more likely to stay when they feel supported, connected to the mission, and able to do meaningful work without burning out.
❋ Build more resilient ways of workingThe organization develops healthier rhythms around workload, stress, responsibility, and recovery.
❋ Create a healthier team cultureTrust grows. Communication gets more direct. Conflict becomes easier to work through, and people become more capable of relying on one another.
What an Engagement Looks Like
A year-long fellowship includes multi-day trainings, integration sessions, coaching for key leaders, and structured feedback to the organization.
Shorter engagements focus on a specific need: a retreat, a leadership transition, a team under strain, or a focused training series.
Each engagement is adapted to the culture, context, and priorities of the organization.
Leadership & Organizational Experience
As an executive director, coach, and consultant, I’ve led year-long leadership development engagements, across education, justice, nonprofit, and community-based settings.
My work has included organizational strategy, coaching and consulting, and leadership support through periods of growth, pressure, and change.
